Customer Service
Shipping
We ship through the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service. Credit card orders are shipped within twenty four to forty eight hours. There is a $6.00 minimum ship charge; any additional charges will be based on weight, dimensions and destination. There is a minimum $12.00 ship charge for all orders shipped outside of the United States. We do not impose shipping charges on backorders and will call to confirm any backorders prior to shipping.
Tax
There is a 6% sales tax on any orders shipped within Pennsylvania and 7% on orders within the city of Philadelphia.
Returns
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive a piece that is damaged please contact us. We will issue a return authorization and will repair, replace or credit your account. To insure proper credit all returns must be authorized.
